Coach primitives

The Audit plugin's 51 universal operator primitives, items, workflows, schema, data, documents, forms, the outbound-safety edge, and platform support, that work on any AssureSwarm tenant.

The coach family is the plugin’s set of generic, domain-neutral operator primitives. They work on any AssureSwarm tenant regardless of what it tracks, and every domain (audit, SOX, regulatory, GRC) reuses them: a workflow step’s methodology lives in the workflow template, and these primitives execute it. Every write goes through the suggest_change human-review flow unless noted otherwise.

Items

/coach-item-export	Bundle an item and its workflows into a local directory (read-only).
/coach-item-document-attach	Attach a file or URL to an item by resolving its workflow step.
/coach-items-link	Link, or unlink, two items; via suggestion.
/coach-itemtype-add	Add one new item type to your schema (Bulk Import page).
/coach-field-builder	Add fields to an existing item type (Bulk Import page).
/coach-custom-list	Build a SELECT/MULTISELECT option list, canned or custom.
/coach-export-package	Redacted export of one item, a curated set, or a whole tenant.

/coach-autopilot	Headless scheduled pass that drafts your ready steps, requests missing inputs, and digests the rest.
/coach-substeps-split	Split a long step into sub-steps with their own pass/fail.
/coach-watchlist-inherit	Propagate an issue’s watchlist to its workflow steps.
/coach-workstep-hyperlink-picker	Pick another step and get a clean markdown link to paste.
/coach-template-library-manage	List, create, clone, archive, and restore templates.
/coach-comment-timestamps	Export an item’s comments with absolute UTC timestamps (read-only).

Outbound & safety

Everything that leaves Canvas for an inbox or a document package flows through these, and each runs the canvas-redactor agent before anything is delivered. They draft or package only: you send.
