Render an item's comments with absolute UTC timestamps and authors instead of relative elapsed-time labels: a read-only markdown or CSV export for evidence and audit trails.

Re-render an item’s comments with exact UTC timestamps and author identity, in place of the relative “X weeks ago” labels the interface shows. The skill pulls the item’s comments, sorts them oldest-first, and writes them as markdown or CSV: verbatim, in order, with no summarizing. It’s read-only: pure rendering, no writes to Canvas. The point is a precise, citable record of when each comment was made.

When to use

When you need comments pinned to exact times, for evidence, an export, or audit-trail review, rather than the relative labels the interface displays. It answers “when exactly was that decided?” to the minute.

Example

/coach-comment-timestamps --item ISS-12 pulls the issue’s comments and renders them oldest-first as markdown, each headed by its exact UTC timestamp and author, ### 2026-05-14 09:22 UTC, Michael Bluth (Auditor) followed by the comment body. Add --format csv --out comments.csv to write a spreadsheet-ready file instead.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • Read-only. It renders existing comments and writes nothing back to Canvas.
  • Comments come out verbatim and in chronological order, never summarized or editorialized, so the output stands as evidence.
  • --from and --to take ISO timestamps to clip the export to a date range.
