/coach-export-package

Produce a redacted, phase-structured export of one item, a curated set, or a full tenant: always routed through the redactor before it lands on disk.

Produce a complete, redacted, phase-structured export: one item, a curated multi-select set, or a full-tenant admin export. The skill pulls each item’s fields plus its attached workflows, steps, documents, links, form assignments, and approvals, then always pipes the result through the redactor before writing: internal review notes, coaching comments, and any field flagged internal-only never leave Canvas without your explicit confirmation. It writes to your local disk, not to Canvas, so there’s no suggest_change step.

When to use

When you need a shareable, redacted package of Canvas records: a single audit for a regulator, a curated set, or a whole tenant. For a raw, unredacted local snapshot of one item, use /coach-item-export instead; this skill delegates the single-item gather to it, then adds redaction, folder structure, and a signoff manifest on top.

Example

/coach-export-package --individual AUD-7 --format folder stages the audit via coach-item-export, runs the redactor, and lays the result out in an engagement structure, 01_planning/, 02_fieldwork/steps/, 03_issues/, 04_reporting/, with a README manifest carrying a reviewer-signoff line. If the redactor flags anything, the export pauses for you to review the report before it resumes.

Good to know

  • Redaction is mandatory. Skipping it is a boundary violation; --no-redact requires an explicit confirmation with a long acceptance label, never a quick yes/no, and the export cancels unless you pick the skip option outright.
  • Individual mode delegates to /coach-item-export for the raw gather, then adds the four things that primitive doesn’t: redaction, engagement-phase folders, multi-select/admin scopes, and the signoff manifest.
  • Admin/full-tenant scope (--scope all) requires the admin role on the tenant; the skill checks via get_current_context and halts if you’re not admin.
  • Audit items get the engagement folder structure; other shared-core types (control, policy, risk, process, authority source) export as flat markdown plus an attachments directory. Every export appends to a local share log.
